Your FTP info is usually located in your welcome email sent to you by your web host once your hosting account is set up. In most cases, your cpanel info is the same as your FTP info and you can send that in place of the FTP info.

If you are working off of your temporary site, please make sure your store admin login info is for your temporary store admin. This is for those that have not yet changed over their nameservers.
