Please take a few moments to review the Terms of Service listed below. Your purchase of any products and/or services at This Chick Designs aka TCD indicates your acceptance of these terms.

All Sales are Final. Due to the digital nature of this business, no refunds will be given. There are no exchanges or refunds for any reason, before or after products have been delivered.   Store credit will be issued in situations where Clients have a 'change of heart' or choose to go in a different direction. This goes for custom web design, web design templates, print design templates, logos and any add on service ordered.

Nothing on my website is public domain! My designs may not be altered, cut up, modified or re-used or distributed in any way. If the Client wishes to alter the design and/or HTML coding, then a copyright license MUST be purchased first. You cannot remove my link and claim my work as your own.

Template installation is typically within 5-10 working days, often less, depending on the amount of orders at any given time. Once I receive your order, I will contact you for login information and will let you know once your design is installed. 

TERMS OF USE

PAYMENT
All payments are securely processed through Paypal. Paypal accepts credit/debit cards and e-checks. All e-checks must clear Paypal before any work is to begin.

CHARGEBACKS
Chargebacks are NEVER an acceptable way to get a refund. To request a chargeback on your credit card for a valid transaction is considered fraud. Should a chargeback be filed against This Chick Designs, I will not hesitate to proceed with legal actions to recover funds.

TEMPLATES AND GRAPHICS
Templates and graphics are not to be resold, re-formatted, re-used or transferred in whole or in part for any reason. You may only use the purchased templates and graphics for your own website but the copyright for the template design, graphics, layout and html coding belongs to This Chick Designs.

COPYRIGHTS
My designs should not be altered in any way. If you need a matching design and do not see it listed for sale on my website, please contact me for a custom quote.

CREDIT AND LINK BACKS
All website designs by This Chick Designs require a text link back to my website unless other agreements have been made. You cannot claim my work as your own. If my link is removed without my knowledge and consent, I have the right to insist that the design and all graphics associated with it be removed.

NON-COMMUNICATION
If This Chick Designs is unable to communicate with a client for a period of ten (10) days, the project will be canceled without notice and all monies paid will be forfeited to This Chick Designs. This is for all services purchased on my website. It is very important for you to check your junk/spam inbox if you have not heard from me within 2 business days of placing your order.

PORTFOLIO
I reserve the right to use your design and any graphics created for your design in my portfolio as a representation of my past work experience.

LOGO DESIGN
As part of my custom logo design services, I present my client with three concepts for the design.  I have a right to sell the designs not chosen by my client on my website or on any other selling platform. These logos may or may not include the client's business name for display purposes only but will not be sold with the client's business name attached.

SOCIAL NETWORKING 
I reserve the right to 'feature' your website on any of my social networking sites such as a blog, Facebook or Twitter.

FOR CLIENTS USING NON-APPROVED WEB HOSTS/SHOPPING CART SYSTEMS
If you have chosen to use a non-approved web host/shopping cart system, it is your responsibility to understand how to code and install/use the template yourself or hire another designer to code and/or install it for you. PLEASE READ MY SELF INSTALL PAGE FOR FURTHER INFO.  PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU PURCHASE A DESIGN USING A NON-APPROVED HOST/SHOPPING CART SYSTEM, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU CANNOT USE THIS TEMPLATE.  IN SOME CASES, A STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN EQUALLING $50 LESS THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER (FOR ORDERS UNDER $100, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR ONE HALF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER).  If you don't see your web host/shopping cart system listed on my site, it your responsibilty to confirm with me if I can work with it before you make your purchase.

It is the client's responsibility to make sure they have read, understand, and comply with my Terms of Use before completing their purchase.
